Non-award enrolment

Units of study offered in the postgraduate coursework programs of the School of Health Information Management can also be taken on a single unit, non-award basis. It may be possible for you to initially enrol in a single unit of study as a non-award student and then transfer to one of the award courses providing your qualifications satisfy the admission criteria for the course.

Credit transfer (advanced standing) will be granted for all units of study in the clinical data management programs completed as non-award enrolment. Credit transfer will only be granted for core units of study in the health information management and health informatics programs completed as non-award enrolment. Credit transfer may be refused if the content of the specific unit of study has been updated and/or substantially revised.
